Chi Heng Foundation was established in Hong Kong in 1998 and registered in the Mainland of China in accordance with the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Non-Governmental Organizations’ Activities in China.” The idea of Chi Heng is to put wisdom into action to create a more equal and healthy society. Since 2002, Chi Heng has provided over 29,000 students with student assistance and psychological development services. The service population is mainly students from families affected by AIDS, including students affected by poverty, disease and discrimination.
